By accessing or using Hax.nu (https://hax.nu), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

The platform provides offensive security capabilities including external scanning, exposure discovery, and automated validation. These capabilities may only be used against systems, networks, and applications for which you have:

• Verified ownership (you own the domain, IP, or infrastructure), or
• Explicit written authorization from the system owner prior to any active testing

Use against third-party systems without authorization is a violation of these terms and may constitute a criminal offense under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), the Computer Misuse Act, or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use Hax.nu to:

• Scan, probe, or test systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or disruptive testing against any system
• Collect data about individuals without appropriate legal basis
• Circumvent access controls or exploit vulnerabilities for unauthorized access
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or other malicious payloads
• Resell or redistribute platform capabilities without a written MSP agreement
• Impersonate another person or organization

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of policy violations pending investigation.

Assessment results, reports, and configuration data generated through the platform are confidential to your organization. You are responsible for handling findings data appropriately, including disclosure obligations to affected parties where applicable.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that scans will identify all vulnerabilities or that results will be free of false positives or false negatives. Security assessments are not a substitute for a comprehensive security program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hax.nu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

We may update these terms with notice provided via email or platform announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if needed.
